By signing up for service with Dog Poop Dudes, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all residential and commercial pet waste removal services.
You are responsible for maintaining safe and accessible entry to your yard on all scheduled service days. If we are unable to access your yard due to a locked gate, aggressive pet, or other obstruction, you will be charged for that visit. Please notify us of any access changes in advance.
Please notify us of any changes in the number of pets at your property, as pricing is based on pet count. Let us know if any pet is not friendly toward strangers so we can take appropriate precautions.
We service in most weather conditions. In cases of severe weather including heavy snow, ice, or dangerous storms, we may reschedule your visit. We will notify you in advance of any scheduling changes.
Dog Poop Dudes assumes no liability for pre-existing damage to yards, gates, fences, landscaping, or other property. We are not responsible for pets that escape due to pre-existing issues with gates or fencing.
Fees are subject to change with two weeks written notice. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days of invoice. Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice. There are no cancellation fees.
The 20% first month discount applies to new clients signing up for bi-weekly service or more frequent plans. Discount applies to the first month of service only and cannot be combined with other offers.
